Liberius welcomes Dr. Jan-Henning Strunz as new partner

Liberius is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Jan-Henning Strunz as partner, further expanding the firm’s cross-border capabilities and its reach in the German and Belgian markets.

With more than twenty years of experience in international commercial law, Jan-Henning advises clients on corporate and commercial transactions, M&A, cross-border disputes, and complex distribution and labour law matters. His unique dual qualification at the Cologne and Liège Bars allows him to guide clients seamlessly through both legal systems and business cultures.

As head of Liberius’ German Desk, Jan-Henning focuses on helping international companies structure and execute business across borders with confidence. He is known for his pragmatic approach, strategic insight and ability to translate legal complexity into clear, workable solutions.

Before joining Liberius, Jan-Henning worked with Dr. Roth Klein & Partner and Matray Matray & Hallet, advising clients in multiple jurisdictions. He holds a doctorate in European law from the University of Münster and advises in German, French, English and Spanish.
